AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

FREE REFUNDS FOR SIZE EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT


If you're not 100& satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept refund/exchange requests for your order provided they meet our product requirements below:


1. The item is in it's original condition with all tags and hygiene protection attached

2. The item has no signs of use eg. marks, rips, stains, deodorant, fake tan or washed

3. Full price items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or size exchange (as indicated by your tracking number)

4. Sale items within 14 days of purchase for SIZE EXCHANGE or CREDIT only (as indicated by your tracking number)

5. While stocks last, please refer to the sizes available on the product page


Once we have received your return items, your return will be processed within 2-3 days.


Due to the intimate nature we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.

If you are outside Australia you still have 30 days to initiate a return for full priced items and 14 days for sale items. 


International customers must cover any return shipping costs.

Sale items can be returned for a size exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS


We hope that you never receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault. If this does occur please email us on serena@serenaunderwear.com.au with images of your damaged item and order number.
